1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kkff platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on kkff are currently accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

When making a deposit, make sure you use the correct transaction reference, otherwise the deposit may be delayed. Deposits from third parties or from someone else's account are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — are available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit; however, for bank transfers, ownership of the bank account may be verified. Account verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

kkff may hold any transaction it considers suspicious for review. In such cases, the user will be asked to provide the necessary information or documents. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account and funds will be seized.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

kkff's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific conditions. Please read the specific terms of each offer carefully before accepting it.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

Each bonus is applicable only once per account, unless stated otherwise.
A bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in all accounts being cancelled.
kkff reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 Other Promotions

kkff runs various regular promotions including weekly reloads, slot festival bonuses, cricket deposit specials, and birthday rewards. Separate wagering requirements and eligibility conditions apply to each promotion.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, kkff will investigate and make a decision, which will be considered final.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Changes

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or completed without the specified conditions being met, bets will be settled according to kkff's specific rules. If a cricket match is abandoned due to rain or any other reason, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Gaming Results

Casino game and slot results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game has a defined maximum RTP. The result of a previous game does not affect the next game.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

kkff's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

VIP level progression depends primarily on overall gaming activity and may change at kkff's discretion. VIP benefits are non-transferable and will be automatically cancelled if the account is closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkff platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
Fraudulent or abusive use of the bonus system.
Using software or technology to gain an unfair advantage.
Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
Betting or playing on behalf of anyone under 21.
Attempting to hack any part of the platform.

Violating these rules will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of the balance, and legal action if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

kkff's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

12 Mobile Application

The kkff mobile app is available for both Android (APK) and iOS through official channels. These Terms apply equally to use of the mobile app. kkff will not be liable for any issues arising from using an app downloaded from a third-party source.

13 Validity of Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Failure to enforce any condition of the Terms will not be considered a waiver of that condition.
